Ké Luxé Beauty Bar Booking Policies Appointments at Ké Luxé Beauty Bar require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations (under 24 hours): 50% of service charged • No-shows: 100% of service charged • Deposits: Services over $100 may require a non-refundable deposit • Card on file required to book We value our stylists’ time and ask that clients respect their schedules. By booking, you agree to these terms. ⸻ Additional Salon Policies Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on the stylist’s availability. Late arrivals may also result in: • A shortened service • A reschedule with a late cancellation fee Our goal is to stay on schedule for all guests. ⸻ Children Policy To maintain a relaxing luxury environment, children are only permitted if they are receiving a scheduled service. For safety reasons, children cannot accompany guests during appointments unless they have their own appointment booked. ⸻ Guest Policy Due to limited space and to maintain a professional atmosphere, we ask that clients do not bring extra guests to their appointments. Only clients receiving services should be present in the salon unless otherwise approved. ⸻ No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments. ⸻ Same-Day Appointment Policy Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled without charge.
